About the Role

As our Group Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all restaurants, bars, caf s, and event spaces across our beautiful properties. You'll set the vision for our Food & Beverage operations, driving consistency, quality, and profitability while ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, a leader who can inspire teams, innovate our menus and service, and elevate the Barons Eden experience across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multi-site Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand values.
• Develop and implement group-wide strategies, operational standards, and best practices.
• Partner with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless, guest-focused operations.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and supplier partnerships to maximise quality and profitability.
• Champion training, development, and wellbeing initiatives to grow high-performing teams.
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Drive creativity in menu design and presentation, reflecting the Barons Eden ethos of wellness and indulgence.
