About our company

Purpose of the role

To lead the evolution of Camiras digital presence by creating innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that deliver exceptional online experiences for our customers. This role is pivotal in shaping and optimizing our digital ecosystem, including websites, eCommerce platforms, CRM, and emerging technologies, to drive engagement, conversion, and sustainable growth across all market segments.

The day to day
  • To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
  • Manage and improve Camira Group websites for the best customer experience (UX / UI and conversion).
  • Run digital marketing campaigns using CRM, SEO, and paid ads to drive traffic and growth.
  • Oversee all website tools and services (e.g., visualisation tools, AI chatbot, image search).
  • Act as CRM (HubSpot) champion for automation, lead nurturing, and best practices.
  • Track and report website, CRM, and eCommerce performance against KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and partners to deliver projects on time and budget.
  • Identify and implement new digital technologies for competitive advantage.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across websites and CRM.
  • Collaborate with ICT and Marketing teams to develop digital and eCommerce offerings.
Other Considerations
  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
