My client is an established independent contact caterer, seeking to recruit an experienced Group Chef for their expanding business in the education catering sector.

They are a rapidly expanding and successful company, looking for a candidate to oversee all craft operations for a large primary school group in the Chesterfield and Rotherham area.

The right candidate will work in a fully autonomous role, thriving in a position that requires high levels of self-management. You should excel at exceeding targets and possess excellent financial and people management skills.

You should have current Regional or Area, Operations, Support, or Group Executive Chef experience in the education catering sector across multiple sites, with a background of managing direct reports, and a passion for food and service quality, including strong knowledge of education catering management, client relationship building, people skills, financial acumen, and a proven success record.
