Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality grounds and tree maintenance services. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary above the Real Living Wage and a stable Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours per week).

As a key team leader, you will organise daily workloads, carry out quality checks, ensure full health and safety compliance, mentor staff, coordinate resources, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will also identify and price additional works to support continuous improvement.
