Are you looking for a new challenge? Carrington West is currently recruiting for a Cyclical Maintenance Lead with highway experience to support a busy client in Cambridgeshire. This is a contract position, initially for 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake cyclical maintenance activities including verge cutting, weedkilling, and vegetation management/clearance.
• Manage a team of officers responsible for planning varied programmes of works across approximately 3,000 km of highway at appropriate frequencies.
• Support, train, and advise the team and act as a point of escalation for complex cases.
