Job description

Do you enjoy designing for ecommerce, social and in-store - not just one channel? Have you worked in retail or fashion and know what it’s like to design at pace? Looking for an in-house role where your work actually gets used?

We're currently working with a premium UK lifestyle brand with a strong heritage rooted in sport and contemporary fashion. Known for their distinctive identity, quality-led product and loyal customer base, the brand has carved out a strong position within the UK retail market.

With a growing ecommerce platform and a well-established retail presence, they are continuing to invest heavily in their brand, digital channels and creative output. Visual storytelling is central to how they connect with customers - from high-impact campaigns and social content to ecommerce and in-store experiences - making this an exciting time to join the business.

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a well-resourced in-house team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a recognised fashion brand.

You’ll work across a broad range of creative outputs including digital, ecommerce, social, print and in-store, supporting seasonal campaigns, new product launches and always-on brand activity. Collaborating closely with marketing, ecommerce and wider brand teams, you’ll take briefs from concept through to delivery, producing creative that is visually strong, on-brand and commercially focused.

This role would suit a designer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and wants their work to have real visibility and impact.

Skills and Experience
  • You’ll have proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a retail environment (fashion experience would be highly advantageous)
  • You’ll be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • You’ll have experience designing across multiple touchpoints including web, ecommerce, social media, POS, print and in-store
  • You’ll be confident taking a brief and turning it into strong, on-brand creative
  • You’ll be comfortable working at pace in a commercial, fast-moving environment
  • You’ll have excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for layout, typography and brand consistency
  • You’ll be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with marketing, ecommerce and brand teams
What’s on Offer

You’ll be joining a close-knit, creative team within a brand that genuinely values quality, authenticity and collaboration. This is a chance to make a visible impact, work on exciting campaigns, and be part of a business investing in its future. A competitive salary is available, alongside strong opportunities for personal development as the brand continues to grow.
