Mission

to create high-converting ad creatives that grab attention, convert clicks into deposits, and keep our campaigns ahead of the competition.

What you'll do
  • design and animate ad creatives (static + motion) for ad campaigns (iGaming)
  • produce short videos, reels, banners, and other paid media formats
  • adapt visuals for different GEOs, languages, and ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc)
  • collaborate with media buyers to test and optimize creatives based on performance metrics
  • generate fresh ideas and approaches for campaigns in collaboration with the team
  • monitor trends in gambling ads, social media, and motion design
What you bring
  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic or Motion Designer (experience in Gambling, Betting, or high-risk niches preferred)
  • strong portfolio with examples of ad creatives (motion + static)
  • proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalents)
  • basic understanding of marketing logic behind conversion-focused design
