A leading housing organization is seeking a Graduate Surveyor in Birmingham to participate in a 2-year structured program designed to lead to RICS Chartership. The role involves conducting surveys, collaborating on building safety projects, and addressing community needs. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a passion for problem-solving and a relevant degree. As a Graduate Surveyor, you'll embark on a structured 2-year programme, fully funded and mentor-led and designed to lead you to RICS Chartership. Although you'll be offered a graduate position in one of the following departments, you'll rotate amongst all three during the programme, immersing yourself in
Our ideal candidate?
We're looking for people with curiosity, drive and heart. If you're a final-year student or recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in a RICS-accredited degree (such as Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction or Real Estate), you'll already have the technical foundations. What will set you apart is your mindset the desire to solve problems, work collaboratively, and see how your skills can make life better for others.
You'll need resilience, adaptability and a genuine interest in people. Because here, every survey, report and project connects back to someone's home and that's what makes the work matter.
