Job Description
  • Develop and manage relationships with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise during all project phases.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across healthcare and custodial sectors.
  • Manage projects from initial enquiry through to design, specification, and installation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, CPDs, and product demonstrations to promote solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and client interactions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Some experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (construction experience helpful but not essential).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Eagerness to learn technical products and how to present solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets.
