Qualifications

• Background in sales or a target-driven environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Self-motivated and resilient attitude to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls, LinkedIn outreach, and on-site client visits.
• Negotiate fees and rates to maximize earning potential.
• Source and interview candidates, register them on CRM.
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates and clients.
• Deliver high service levels throughout the recruitment process.
