Overview

Graduate Recruitment Consultant FinTech - Immediate Start. A leading Technology Recruitment firm, experts in placing high level tech professionals. This role involves significant research, market analysis and identifying leading figures and talent within the technology sector, handling both candidates and clients. Since their inception in 2010, theyve grown to 40-50 heads with plans to keep expanding. All of their growth is organic, focusing on motivated graduates and investing in them for a long-term future with the company.

Salary: £32,000

Commission: 1st year OTE £50,000, 2nd year OTE £75,000. Unlimited earning potential, people in year three have earned 200K+!

Location: Bank, City of London

The Role
  • Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews
  • Spotting top talent pools and industry performances
  • Market mapping
  • Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands
  • Creating competitor analyses
  • Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses
  • Establishing a strong network of market sources
  • Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients
  • Developing a thorough understanding of your market
