We are now looking to recruit enthusiastic, ambitious & driven individuals to work in our market leading Engineering & Manufacturing team.

Full sales training and development programmes are provided both internally by our experienced management team, and externally through some of the region's leading training providers.

Responsibilities

The role is demanding and diverse and involves using sales, business development, marketing and networking techniques to attract business from client companies. You will be expected to visit clients to build and develop relationships, attract candidates by advertising vacancies in a range of media and use candidate databases to source the best candidate.

The key attributes you will need to succeed are a confident personality, a goal orientated approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines and targets. You will enjoy working in a busy, high pressured environment and relish the responsibility which comes with it. High achieving consultants can quickly progress into senior roles within the business, either into account management or team management.
