Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales & business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry.
Essentially you will be managing your own business within our organisation, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
You will headhunt top industry talent into high‑level job openings internationally, working with the most established companies and candidates within your market.
You will manage and build client and candidate relationships from the start of the role and be responsible for the entire end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy.
This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPIs and will be responsible for developing your own clients from scratch.
