Mackenzie Stuart is a market leading Executive Search firm established in 2005. We are searching for enthusiastic graduates to join our group of companies as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. We are an ambitious, competitive, and highly motivated organisation which prides ourselves on providing unparalleled executive search services.

We are currently looking for people to join the next phase of our growth in either our Leeds or Harrogate.

Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales & business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry.

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Essentially you will be managing your own business within our organisation, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.

You will headhunt top industry talent into high‑level job openings internationally, working with the most established companies and candidates within your market.

You will manage and build client and candidate relationships from the start of the role and be responsible for the entire end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy.

This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPIs and will be responsible for developing your own clients from scratch.
