Requirements
What will you be doing as a Graduate Recruiter!
  • Talent Sourcing: Entrusted with the exciting task of cultivating a dynamic pool of applicants by leveraging online platforms such as LinkedIn to connect clients with the most fitting candidates
  • Talent Attraction: Take the lead in crafting captivating talent attraction campaigns tailored to satisfy client needs where traditional talent sourcing might not be feasible. Your mission will be to ensure alignment with both customer and corporate expectations, while providing a steady stream of qualified candidates
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all upcoming talent acquisitions. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in promoting best practices and equipping all C-Serv staff with the necessary training
  • Documentation and Record Management: Keeps records of all materials used for talent management, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Driving AI through the Talent Process. Contributing to the enhancement of C-Serv's integration and utilisation of AI to streamline the Talent process..
You will be able too:

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. We are ideally seeking candidates located in the Northern England area, particularly near Newcastle, Leeds, or Manchester and Liverpool to facilitate occasional team interactions.
