ISE Partners are working on a fantastic opportunity for a polished, professional and high-potential graduate who is looking to build a long-term career within a corporate finance / Private Equity environment.

This role suits someone with 1–3 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Team Assistant or Junior EA in a corporate environment, who enjoys being front-facing but is equally confident providing administrative support to an investment team.

The role

This is a hybrid position combining reception coverage (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday) with Team Assistant support to a group of 4–5 Executives / Investment professionals. You’ll share reception responsibilities with one other receptionist and play a key role in the smooth running of a professional, high-end office.

This role is available for an immediate start, though candidates currently on notice are also very welcome to apply.

What you’ll be doing

Reception & office coordination

  • Acting as the first face and voice of the business, welcoming high-end clients with confidence and warmth
  • Answering and screening calls in a professional, efficient manner
  • Managing meeting rooms and Outlook calendars
  • Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating teas, coffees, breakfasts and lunches
  • Ordering taxis, couriers and managing deliveries
  • Maintaining a polished reception and meeting room environment
  • Ordering stationery, bottled water, groceries and daily staff lunches
  • Handling post, incoming and outgoing
  • Supporting wider office operations when required

Team Assistant / Junior EA support

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Executives
  • Scheduling meetings and calls via Outlook
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Maintaining organised files and documentation
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable, including invoice scanning and uploads
  • Supporting compliance administration such as FCA binder updates
  • Working collaboratively with other EAs to provide cover during busy periods and absences
About you
  • Graduate-calibre with 1–3 years’ solid experience in a corporate environment
  • Professional, articulate, well-presented and confident dealing with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling reception duties with administrative support
  • Working knowledge or exposure to finance / Private Equity highly desirable
  • Confident using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow
