A leading construction firm in Elgin is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its team. You will participate in a 2-year Graduate Programme, gaining hands-on experience in preparing bills of quantities, subcontract agreements, and valuations. Qualifications

  • Degree-educated or due to graduate in summer 2025 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject.
  • Focused and highly motivated with excellent planning and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
  • Preparing and sending out Sub-contract enquiries.
  • Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
  • Attending and contributing to meetings as required.
  • Preparing valuations with Clients and ensuring invoices are issued.
  • Re-measuring work using site measurements.
  • Processing subcontract payments.
