Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Secondary

A friendly, well-run secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a motivated graduate to join their learning support team.

You don’t need teaching experience, just a positive mindset, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed. The school offers great mentoring and plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting students who need extra help accessing their lessons
  • Working with teachers to adapt tasks and build confidence
  • Providing small group and 1:1 support
  • Helping create a calm, structured learning environment
