Qualifications

  • Degree or MSc in a related subject (Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Geography).
  • Work experience in a commercial property environment is ideal, but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Clean driving licence (desired but not essential).

Responsibilities

  • Write Phase 1 reports and carry out site inspections.
  • Supervise UK wide site investigation work.
  • Assist with the design of scopes of work.
  • Deliver routine projects and work on complex projects.
  • Draft key client communications and proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Support business development.
