A geotechnical services company in Scotland is seeking a Graduate Engineering Geologist to analyze ground conditions and assess geological hazards. The candidate will support various projects, ensuring safe and efficient practices while managing reports and collaborating closely with site teams. We’re looking for Graduate Engineering Geologists to carry out detailed analysis of ground conditions and assess geological hazards to provide our clients with detailed reports. You'll support projects across the UK, combining on-site and office-based work, and communicate progress regularly with clients. You will work closely with site teams to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will ensure our equipment is suitable, direct trial pit and borehole locations and sampling, execute grouting, conduct specific in-situ testing, log soils and rocks, prepare laboratory test schedules and manage all contract reports.

Supporting our Ground Investigation business, we maintain one of the country's largest single site Geotechnical Laboratories, UKAS accredited for over 40 test disciplines, which undertakes testing for internal and external projects. The laboratory also maintains our In-Situ testing capability, including CBR and Plate Bearing tests.
