We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Water & Renewable Energy team based in High Wycombe, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will be involved in significant projects from day one both locally and nationally within the private and public sector. Our team is made up of early careers and experienced professionals. Day‑to‑day, you'll be working closely with your team to contribute to dam safety assessments, rehabilitation design of existing dams, as well as designing new water and hydropower dams, including pumped storage schemes. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experts and gain exposure to projects such as Coire Glas (Scotland), as well as supporting many of the UK water companies with inspections, remediation and development of dams.
