Graduate Business Analyst

Location: Aylesbury (Hybrid working)

Salary: £28,000 (depending on experience) + up to 20% annual bonus

Do you love working with data, solving problems and improving how things work?

We're looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team, helping us turn data into insight and streamline how we support our customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys analysis, technology and continuous learning. You'll be part of a supportive team that will help you build your skills in data analysis, CRM systems and business process improvement, all within one of the UK's leading tech companies.

What you'll be doing
  • Working closely with our customer analysts and other departments to share best practices.
  • Supporting the sales team in using Dynamics 365, including importing data, onboarding users, testing new functionality and helping with reports and dashboards.
  • Analysing sales and customer data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.
  • Helping to document and improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Working closely with senior analysts and other departments to share best practices.
  • Assisting with data governance and helping maintain accurate customer and business information.
  • Getting involved in projects that improve data quality and reporting across the business.
About you

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone early in their career with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for learning.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Enjoy working with data and problem solving.
  • Have strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs).
  • Are confident learning new software systems (any experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Power BI would be great, but not essential).
  • Have excellent attention to detail and like to work in an organised way.
  • Are proactive, curious, and keen to develop your business analysis and data skills.
  • Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with others.
