This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Graduate Building Surveyor looking to develop their career with the full support of a leading firm and become a MRICS Building Surveyor.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Graduate Building Surveyor:

  • The Graduate Building Surveyor will work on building surveys, involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues.
  • Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects.
  • Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance.
  • Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.
Qualifications

What does the Graduate Building Surveyor need?
