Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year graduate development programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

As a Graduate Bid Writer, you\'ll be working within the Pre-construction team to win work across our target sectors: education, healthcare, commercial and residential. You will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and developing quality written content, which will help us articulate our proposals to clients in the best possible way. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in bid management.
We\'re looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years. We are open to graduates with any degree.
