Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound customer accounts and guiding them through the buying process.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across the product ranges.
  • Responding to customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
  • Resolving issues and ensuring an excellent after-sales experience.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin and day-to-day tasks.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join as a Graduate Account Manager, supporting customer accounts, managing enquiries, and helping drive growth across their online platforms. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Key Details
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (30 min lunch)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £24,000 per year
  • Bonus: Monthly commission scheme
What you'll be doing
