Our client based in Waddesdon have an exciting opportunity for a graduate candidate who are looking to explore an opportunity in the FMCG Beverage industry!

The client is a unique innovator in the industry as they craft alcohol free / low alcohol beverages to be sold into major UK super markets and are expanding their existing team with a role as a Brewer

Job Description

You’ll be hands‑on with tanks, filters, and all the moving parts that turn raw ingredients into the drinks we’re known for at Michelin star restaurants, national retailers, and our partner brands. It’s a blend of science and craft with the odd jump into packaging or the warehouse to keep the whole operation humming.

Job Duties
Fermentation & Filtration
  • Conducting day‑to‑day fermentations and filtrations as per the production plan
  • Becoming expert in our unique fermentation process
  • Becoming expert in our unique filtration process
  • Follow the Fermentation SOP exactly and diligently. Follow health and safety requirements exactly, ensure cleanliness at all times
  • Understanding the potential areas of risk in propagation and fermentation and mitigation against these risks
  • Work alongside others in the operations team to deliver this effectively
  • Laboratory work to laboratory standards
Packaging support
  • Occasional shift support on the bottling and canning lines to spread the load between the team as the needs of production require, but may need to grow into being able to supervise on the bottling line on occasion
Warehouse support
  • Warehouse operations support when needed, eg box builds, stock take
General Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of records
  • Monitor and maintain equipment as per maintenance schedules
  • Achieve quality targets
  • Cleaning in Place of fermentery equipment
  • Work to SALSA and BRC Standards
  • Stock management
  • Shift work as required by the production plan
