Exciting opportunities are available to join the Clinical Coordination team within RHCYP, NHS Lothian. We are looking for passionate, caring, motivated Health Care Support Workers to join our highly skilled nursing team.

Responsibilities
  • As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out clinical care duties for patients, in support of the CC/NP and other relevant professional practitioners, where appropriate. This role has a mix of clinical and administrative duties.
  • The Clinical Coordination (CC) Team makes informed decisions regarding patient capacity, safety and appropriate required staffing levels and offers expert support ensuring the smooth running of Children’s Services 24/7.
