Job responsibilities
- Provide administrative services to the clinical and governance team.
- To provide the material for audit as required by clinical governance; this is achieved by assisting and supporting the clinical and non-clinical audit teams by downloading the requested/required calls and saving/storing requested case numbers.
- To be responsible for the administration and recording of audits.
- To coordinate tasks, duties and projects on behalf of the Chief Clinical and Governance Officer and the GP Clinical Lead.
- Maintain specialist manual and electronic information and filing systems.
- Collating statistics and providing reports when required for EMT and Board Level.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of appropriate information to those within the clinical department and other internal and external staff.
- Attend meetings when required, undertake and distribution of minutes.
- To answer telephone enquiries from a variety of sources in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner whilst maintaining confidentiality
