Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspect deliveries of ingredient and packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
• Enter received materials onto necessary traceability and technical forms, carrying out tests as needed.
• Raising and reporting issues with deliveries to Stock and Goods In Manager for rectifying and escalation where needed.
• Maintaining company trace code procedure throughout the storage areas of the business.
• Ensuring all materials are stored in correct locations and in a suitable manner for their needs.
• Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the goods in and storage sections of the warehouse.
• Ensure that all wastage and damages are recorded and reported to Goods In and Stock Manager.
• Ensure that stock is managed in accordance with the companies FIFO requirements and that all Technical requirements are adhered to.
• Support where necessary with ordering and Stock Management admin.
• Following instructions on related issues and helping out when required.

• Valid forklift truck licence.
• Physical ability to lift and manage heavy materials as required.
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in receiving and documenting goods‑in is vital.
• Highly organised with ability to manage inventory effectively and manage an orderly stock system.
• Clear communication skills with suppliers, team members and other departments.

• Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
