A community-focused leisure provider in Basingstoke is seeking a Golf Centre Assistant to ensure high standards of service and safety at the club. Salary: Between £10 - £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Golf Club Assistant to join the centre.
As the Golf Assistant, the purpose of your role will be to work at the golf club, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety the priority. Your day-to-day duties will include opening and closing the building, cash handling/transactions, end of shift cashing up, customer service via telephone and face to face, cleaning and working on the driving range collecting balls while making sure the site is clean and safe for visitors, upkeep of our Adventure Golf along with day-to-day operations on our site.
You will be involved in a high level of customer interaction and making sure that our customers receive a positive memorable experience.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, who pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have prior experience working in retail and customer service, however full training will be provided.
