Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial nerve centre within the business: align product launches, merch planning, and marketing strategy to keep launches on track and timelines on point.
• Identify patterns in the market, gaps in the offering, and position products across markets, territories, partners, and platforms ahead of the competition.
• Drive executional excellence and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams to push the brand’s ambition.
• Lead or influence go-to-market strategies to ensure the market adapts to the brand and scales effectively.
