🎯Looking for General Manager – Human Resources

Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles in London, preferably within global or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of UK HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
  • Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for diverse business functions.
  • Provide strategic HR partnership and advisory support to top management.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Labour Laws , social security, and other statutory norms.
  • Foster strong employee relations and engagement across all levels.
  • Champion Employer Branding and digital HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and connect.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and oversee complete payroll operations.
  • Drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs with measurable business impact.
  • Implement effective Performance Management Systems to build a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee HR Operations, Administration, and Legal Compliance (UK / EU).
  • Lead Organizational Development (OD), Workforce Planning, and HR Analytics.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) across the organization.

Collaborate closely with the India HR team for alignment on global HR initiatives.
