With productions spanning across 20+ countries and content that reaches millions, this is a chance to be part of a legal team that supports the creative process from pitch to production.

You'll work at the intersection of culture, innovation, and law – helping drive solutions on everything from international mobility and contributor welfare to corporate transactions and policy evolution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advising on a wide range of UK and international employment issues, always with a pragmatic, commercial lens
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and settlement packages
  • Supporting production teams and senior stakeholders through sensitive HR challenges
  • Helping shape and deliver training across the organisation – from execs to set crew
  • Contributing to M&A and corporate projects where employment law plays a key role
  • Keeping internal policies sharp, relevant, and aligned with legal and cultural change

What You’ll Bring:

  • Around 3+ years' PQE in employment law, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work
  • Strong commercial judgement and a clear, confident communication style
  • Experience working across international jurisdictions is a plus
  • Media, tech, or creative industry background welcome but not essential
  • Comfort working at pace, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders across all levels

Why This Role?

You’ll be part of a collaborative, globally-minded legal & HR function at the heart of a business that values creativity, inclusion, and agility. This is a high-impact role in a company that’s redefining storytelling for the modern age — and doing it with global ambition.

Whether you're currently in private practice or already in-house, if you're ready to align your career with a business shaping culture at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
