A leading professional services firm in the UK is seeking a Global Talent & Development Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will manage global performance systems, talent identification processes, and engagement strategies to enhance workforce development and engagement. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, project management experience, and knowledge of talent development in professional services. This role is a 12-month FTC maternity cover.
Join us as Global Talent & Development Manager and lead key initiatives shaping our people strategy worldwide and play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement across our global workforce.
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D, the postholder will take responsibility for the design and deployment of our global talent, performance and career review and engagement systems, processes and programmes.
The role will also have one direct report (Global Talent and Development Coordinator).
