• Proven experience in an end‑to‑end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role.
• Experience contributing to TA initiatives such as systems, process improvement, RPO, or compliance.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of corporate, technical, and commercial roles.
• Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models.
• Implement and optimize MiniMed’s Talent Acquisition operating model.
• Support agency and vendor governance, including contracts.
• Align onboarding with HR Operations.
• Contribute to employer branding and strategic hiring initiatives.
