Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in complex matrixed organizations across multiple global teams.
  • Strong command of project management tools.
  • Effective communicator and facilitator across stakeholder groups and seniority levels.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, higher education, or academic research sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end project planning for ALF segment campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM programs and product launches.
  • Build dashboards and executive reports to track progress, ROI, and efficiency metrics.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage status updates, and maintain risk logs.
