Job summary

A global education platform in the United Kingdom is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive engagement within the Customer Success organization. This role focuses on creating effective training programs and resources to enhance customer retention and adoption in the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Enablement in a B2B SaaS context and be able to develop curricula for diverse audiences. This position offers a hybrid work environment with some travel expected.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, RevOps or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering curricula for Customer Success resources.
  • Experience adapting training delivery for different cultures, geographies, and role types.

Responsibilities

  • Design role-based curricula aligned to key competencies.
  • Perform needs analysis to identify competency gaps.
  • Own Customer Success playbook and maintain templates.
  • Partner with Product Marketing for new feature releases.
  • Serve as a regional field coach for sales enablement.
  • Measure impact of training on customer retention metrics.
