The Global Production Account Director is a senior role responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing production across global markets and regions. Focusing on building client relationships and growing the business, responding to pitch proposals, strengthening our global teams and reporting to clients. This includes topline oversight of primary production (shoots/origination), CRM, web and automation workstreams. The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and creative collaboration with agencies, production studios, and media teams to deliver high‑quality, fit‑for‑platform content that meets global brand standards.
Working closely with the Global Production Lead and the Global Operations Lead, this role is highly client‑facing and demands the ability to manage competing priorities, foster collaboration across time zones, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. A strong grasp of data and reporting is essential, as is the ability to build a positive team spirit across teams in different regions.
