As Lead Parcel Manager, you’ll take ownership of our parcel carrier relationships and performance across EMEA. You’ll be accountable for daily domestic and international inbound and outbound distribution and support strategic initiatives to optimise cost, service, and sustainability, using data as your compass. From analysing carrier performance and forecasting volumes to identifying trends and driving continuous improvement, your ability to interpret and act on data will be critical to success.
