Global Marketing Director - Global Product Strategies.

Location: GSK HQ (UK), with options for Upper Providence (US), Navy Yard (US), or RTP (US). Global travel required (approx. 20–30%).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global product strategies.
  • Translate clinical evidence into commercial opportunities and value propositions.
  • Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and data-driven strategic refinement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, R&D, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics).
  • Guide launch readiness and global launch plan development.
  • Drive insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
  • Foster global-to-local co-creation with LOCs and agency partners.
  • Represent commercial needs in governance forums.

  • Global or regional marketing experience; US market experience strongly preferred.
  • AGILE ways of working experience a plus.
