Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments via air, sea, and road freight.
• Prepare, review, and manage import and export documentation.
• Liaise with hauliers, couriers, and freight forwarders for timely customs clearance.
• Track and trace shipments, proactively resolving delays.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping and customs records.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Update shipment data within MRP or ERP systems.
