Qualifications

• Experience of working in a manufacturing and international/national export environment within an administrative role is essential.
• Solid experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
• Experience of liaising with Chambers of Commerce coordinating documentation required to meet custom requirements is necessary.
• Experience using ERP software packages such as 123 Insight or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison for all internal and external inquiries related to UK and international dispatches.
• Ensure products are packed correctly and ready for shipping.
• Prepare and manage all documentation required for outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with customers to provide timely updates on delivery status.
• Coordinate with customs authorities to facilitate importation of goods.
