Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training across Medidata and Certinia implementations. You will translate complex workflows into role-based learning, partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and leadership, and sustain training assets as platforms evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders.
• Plan learning timelines to align with go-live requirements and system releases.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, and job aids.
• Support global end-user training and stakeholder communications.
