Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training across Medidata and Certinia platforms. This role translates complex workflows into role-based learning experiences and partners with IT, Clinical Systems, and business leaders to ensure readiness and adoption.

You will develop learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops, while ensuring assets are published and tracked in the Worldwide Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.
• Experience supporting complex implementations and global rollouts of validated systems and enterprise platforms.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms; CTMS/CDS/EDC/eTMF as applicable.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, enhancements, new modules, and sustainment.
• Own training approaches in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with go-live timelines and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and leaders to confirm audiences, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Coordinate with LMS teams to publish, version control, and report on training assets in the Worldwide Learning Center.
