Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global systems training for Medidata, Certinia, and related enterprise platforms.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into practical, role-based learning experiences that drive readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Translate complex workflows, compliance requirements, release changes, and business processes into clear learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and sustained training.
• Own the training approach aligned to go-live timelines and role-based workflows.
• Coordinate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations and SMEs to define audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption across platforms.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to publish, version control, and report training assets.
