Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training for Medidata, Certinia, and related platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences and partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure readiness and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design or related roles.
• Experience delivering role-based systems training in multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach aligned to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Plan audiences, objectives, content readiness, approvals, and training timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, and job aids.
• Support global end-user training, demonstrations, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with LMS and learning operations to publish and manage assets.
