Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems, to design, deliver, and measure global systems training for Medidata and Certinia across critical platforms. You will translate complex workflows and compliance requirements into clear, role-based learning experiences that drive readiness and adoption.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Operations, Finance, and business leaders to scope needs, plan timelines, and maintain learning assets, including LMS

Qualifications

• Designs and delivers role-based training and performance support.
• Translates complex workflows into learning experiences for varied audiences.
• Knowledge of regulated systems training (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and audit readiness.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Align training with go-live timelines, requirements, and adoption goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, and content readiness.
• Develop learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and practice activities.
• Support global end-user training, stakeholder briefings, and remediation.
• Ensure assets are published, versioned, and discoverable in the learning platform.
