Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and sustain global systems training for Medidata and Certinia. You will translate complex workflows and compliance needs into clear, role-based learning for readiness and adoption.

You will collaborate with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to plan curricula, develop assets, and maintain training materials as platforms evolve, enabling successful global deployments.

Qualifications

• Designing and delivering role-based systems training across clinical and enterprise platforms.
• Translating complex workflows, compliance, and release changes into practical learning.
• Developing performance support assets and ensuring adoption and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own training approaches aligned to go-live timelines and validated-system requirements.
• Collaborate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to finalize audiences and objectives.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning modules, videos, and practice activities.
• Support global end-user training, trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Coordinate with LMS teams to ensure assets are published, versioned, and reportable.
