Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems, to design, deliver, and measure global systems training for Medidata, Certinia, and related platforms. You will translate complex workflows into role-based learning experiences and partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to ensure readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training through multiple formats (ILT, virtual, self-paced, blended, video, job aids, workshops).
• Experience supporting complex implementations, validated clinical systems, or enterprise platforms with global rollouts and LMS publishing.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM, or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, aligning with go-live timelines and workflows.
• Confirm audiences, objectives, content readiness, approvals, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and practice activities.
• Support end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations to ensure training assets are published, version controlled, and discoverable.
