Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a seasoned Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure training across Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex clinical and financial workflows into practical learning experiences supporting readiness, adoption, and sustainment.

Qualifications

Proven ability to design and deliver role-based training across platforms.
Experience translating complex workflows into learning experiences.
Knowledge of validated/regulatory training (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
Own the training approach, ensuring alignment with go-live timelines and adoption goals.
Develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive learning journeys and performance support resources.
