Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global training across Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear role-based learning experiences that drive readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

Collaborating with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance and business leaders, you will define audiences, objectives, and content readiness, delivering end-to-end training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, or systems enablement.
• Experience translating complex workflows into role-based learning experiences.
• Experience supporting global rollouts, LMS publishing, and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and go-live timelines.
• Own the training approach with stakeholders to ensure alignment with validated system requirements and adoption goals.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support resources.
• Partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and leaders to define audiences and content readiness, and deliver training across platforms.
